Cancellation Policy

Millie & Maz Co. Salon Policies Late Appointment Policy At Millie & Maz Co., we are committed to providing every guest with a relaxed, luxurious, and unrushed experience while maintaining the highest quality of service. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer a 15-minute grace period for unexpected delays. If you believe you may be late, please contact the salon as soon as possible so we can do our best to adjust the schedule. Please note that repeated late arrivals may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total and require your appointment to be rescheduled. This policy helps us keep the day running smoothly and ensures respect for both our team’s time and the appointments of other guests. ⸻ Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your reserved appointment time is held exclusively for you. We respectfully require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation, reschedule, or appointment changes. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total • Same-day cancellations, no-call/no-show appointments, or missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the total scheduled service amount • If a guest cancels the same day, no-shows, or does not call, the full amount of the missed service must be paid before another reservation can be made • Your next appointment will also require full prepayment at the time of booking • Guests with repeated no-shows may be placed on a walk-in only basis Please note: If a redo/corrective appointment is missed without notice, a new complimentary corrective appointment will not be provided. This policy protects the time reserved for you and allows us to accommodate clients on our waiting list. ⸻ Deposit Policy To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required on file. We also require a 50% deposit based on the starting price of your scheduled service, which will be applied toward your final balance on the day of service. Please note that all service pricing begins at a starting rate and may increase based on: • Hair length • Hair density • Extension needs • Desired end result • Additional time or product required This ensures accurate pricing based on the level of customization your service requires. ⸻ New Client Consultation Policy All new clients are required to schedule a consultation appointment with a Millie & Maz Co. stylist prior to their first service. The consultation fee is a non-refundable $30 fee, separate from the service total, and is due at the time of booking. This allows us to properly assess your hair goals, timing, maintenance, and pricing before your appointment. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service The safety and comfort of our staff and guests is our highest priority. Millie & Maz Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who may pose a health, safety, or comfort concern, including but not limited to: • Lice • Open wounds • Skin infections • Contagious illness • Fever or persistent cough • Disruptive, rude, or inappropriate behavior We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ⸻ Refund & Corrective Service Policy All services are non-refundable. However, if there is a concern caused by the service provider’s work, we are happy to offer a complimentary corrective adjustment, pending management approval. Please note: • Corrective services apply only to service-related concerns • They do not apply to change-of-mind requests after the service is completed • You must notify the salon within 48 hours of your original appointment • Complimentary corrections must be scheduled within 5 days of the original service date • Any redo request must be approved by management Please keep in mind that corrective services do not apply when the requested result requires multiple appointments, such as: • Box color corrections • Dark-to-light transformations • Major color changes • Hair integrity limitations ⸻ Retail Product Return Policy All retail product sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. ⸻ Age Requirement Policy To preserve a calm and elevated salon experience, our reception area is reserved for clients receiving services only. ( No Extra guests) For the safety, comfort, and privacy of all guests, no children or additional guests under the age of 16 are permitted in the salon at any time. This policy applies at all times due to safety, space limitations, and salon policy requirements. ⸻ Online Scheduling Policy All online appointment requests are subject to artist availability and salon approval. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from Millie & Maz Co. A credit card is required to secure all online reservations and will remain securely on file for future bookings and any applicable fees. ⸻ Accepted Methods of Payment We accept: • Cash • All major credit cards • Debit cards Gratuities are greatly appreciated in cash. Checks are not accepted. ⸻ Gift Certificate Policy • Valid for one year from date of purchase • Must be presented at time of service • Copies are not accepted • Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced • Non-refundable • Not redeemable for cash • Valid only at Millie & Maz Co. for products and services ⸻ Privacy Policy Any information collected through our website or booking system is used solely for communication regarding your appointment, updates, and service-related needs.
